Yes, Dad had ham sandwiches every day while in Cuba. He said he would order and then see a kid on a bike riding quickly to a grocery store, presumably to buy ham! And, I say if they made plantains, it counts. Let’s do Cuban when you’re here next time.

Whoa, crazy about the numbing spice! Nothing like some water that tastes like crappy lemonade. Also..is Kate eating fish? I seem to remember her not liking fish even when she was a meatitarian.

I am recovering from a tonsilectmy. This is day 16 still haven’t eaten any thing. I had to have two surgeries within six days. I began to lose weight really fast. So far its 32 pounds. As I type this I am in the hospital with dehydration. My body had started to attack my muscle mass. I took my meds but the pain was so extreme that I could not take it. Now that I am getting fluids I still cant drink without it coming out my nose in an upright position.I hope I eat today. Also I would love to walk outside legs are so weak. Very lightheaded still I just want to be over. I have had to see a heart doctor because my body was in such bad shape my heart started having spasms also my kidneys slowed down to a trickle. Yes all from a tonsilectmy. Still have a long road ahead. If I would change anything yes I would not have had this surgery. And I am 40 years old.
