I’m so proud to have been part of your first date (in a very small way, to be sure…but I count it!) In fact, I like to think that because you came to my house during that trip I am the reason you found love in each other’s arms in Mexico. At least that’s what I’m going to tell your grandchildren
I’m just sad that I haven’t been very involved in your life since then…bad Jane!!! I do love you, though. Quite a lot actually. Neil’s amazing…and Kate…my goodness you’re fabulous in all the best ways. Even though I’m technically older, I’ve always looked up to you and been inspired by your passions. I hope to see you more in our DC life!
